AfliGrocery offers an online grocery retail service, including the sale and delivery of food, beverages, household essentials, and related products. We strive to display accurate descriptions, pricing, and availability of all products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse any order, or discontinue any product at our sole discretion. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

**3. Payments and Refunds**
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order using the payment methods available on our platform. We use secure payment gateways; however, we are not liable for any unauthorized charges or errors caused by third-party payment processors. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you may request a refund or replacement within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us with your order number and supporting evidence. Refunds, once approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. We do not offer refunds for change of mind or for perishable items that have been opened or consumed.

**4. User Responsibilities**
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not misuse our platform, including attempting to interfere with its security, transmitting malicious code, or using our services for any unlawful purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfliGrocery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
